We are seeking a Mechanical Trade Assistant to join this top-tier civil concsutrction equipment manufacturing business.

Responsibilities
n
Assist Diesel Mechanics with servicing, repairs, and assembly of heavy plant equipment
n
Perform basic mechanical tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, component prep, and cleaning
n
Operate workshop equipment, power tools, overhead cranes, and forklifts safely
n
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workshop environment
n
Complete digital job cards and assist with parts staging and inventory handling
n
Requirements
n
Previous experience as a Trades Assistant, Workshop Labourer, or Mechanical Helper
n
Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of hand/power tools and basic mechanical systems
n
High commitment to workplace health,



safety protocols, and team communication
n
