Job Description
Australia Post is seeking a Business Account Manager for Small Business / eCommerce to own a portfolio of online-focused SME customers, primarily over the phone and via video calls, with occasional in-person meetings.
You will renew contracts, review pricing, and grow revenue while acting as a trusted ecommerce adviser.
You report to the Sales Manager and will build account plans, lead planned sales calls, and uncover cross-sell opportunities.
