About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking motivated candidates to commence a Boat Building Apprenticeship with a manufacturing business in the Shoalhaven area.

You will learn from experienced tradespeople and develop practical skills across the boat building process while working as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

As part of your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to:
Learn practical boat building and manufacturing skills
Assist experienced tradespeople with day-to-day production work
Use a range of hand and power tools
Measure, cut, assemble and fit materials
Follow workplace health and safety procedures




Maintain a clean and organised work area
Develop your skills throughout your apprenticeship

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Is motivated to learn a current trade
Has a genuine interest in boat building or manufacturing
Is reliable and willing to work as part of a team
Has a practical, hands-on approach
Can follow instructions and safety procedures
Is committed to completing their apprenticeship

No previous experience is required - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
