About the Role

The clinic is seeking a reliable, friendly, and proactive receptionist to join its team. This role would suit an experienced dental receptionist, as well as someone with general reception or customer service experience who is keen to learn and develop a career in dentistry.

The successful candidate will
Be available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Be available for an immediate start
Ideally live in Chatswood or the surrounding North Shore area
Fluent Mandarin is highly preferred; strong English communication skills required
Provide friendly and skilled patient care and customer service
Manage front desk and day-to-day administrative duties
Be organised, punctual, responsible, and able to prioritise tasks
Work well independently while contributing positively to the team
Have good attention to detail and follow clinic procedures and protocols
Be confident using computers and willing to learn current systems and technology
Be well-presented, approachable, and professional
Be willing to share knowledge, receive feedback,



and support team members as experience develops
Have OASIS dental software experience (preferred but not essential)
Have up-to-date vaccinations as required for the role

Experience Dental reception experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates with strong reception or customer service experience who demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
Basic computer skills
Solid English communication skills
Fluent Mandarin highly preferred
Australian working rights
Local to Chatswood / North Shore preferred
Available for immediate start

Pay: $29.50 – $38.00 per hour
