Job Description
Little Leapers is seeking a Room Leader to guide daily room operations and lead a team of educators. You will model best practice, coordinate staff, ensure protected routines, and drive curriculum aligned with EYLF v2.0 and the Little Leapers philosophy.

You will build respectful partnerships with families, monitor supervision and documentation, and escalate concerns promptly. A Diploma in ECEC and valid checks are required for this senior role.
