Homebush Cakes is looking for an experienced Cake Decorator to join our established production team.

Operating since 1974, Homebush Cakes is a well-established Australian bakery manufacturer producing cakes, desserts and bakery products for customers across foodservice, healthcare, aged care and other major markets.

About the Role

This is a hands-on cake decorating position within our busy commercial bakery.

Your responsibilities will include
Decorating and finishing cakes and desserts
Icing, piping and applying decorations
Producing consistent, high-quality finished products
Following product specifications and presentation standards
Working efficiently to meet daily production requirements
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures




Working closely with our bakery and production teams

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who has:
Previous cake decorating experience
Robust piping, icing and finishing skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently in a production workplace
A reliable and positive attitude
Good teamwork and communication skills
Commercial bakery or high-volume production experience, which would be highly regarded
