About the role

Giant Glenelg is looking for an experienced Bike Mechanic to join our team, with a role that combines workshop work with customer service and sales.

Key responsibilities
Servicing and repairing all types of bikes
Building and preparing current bikes
Diagnosing mechanical issues and providing solutions
Assisting customers with bikes, components and accessories
Supporting sales on the shop floor
Managing workshop jobs and ordering service parts
Maintaining a clean, organised workshop

About you
2–3 years' bike workshop experience preferred
Solid mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
Enjoy helping customers and sharing your knowledge
Interested in bikes, products and the latest technology




Well organised and a good team player
Willing to learn and develop your skills
Able to work a adaptable roster, including weekends
