Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Worker

TMG Projects is looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our growing team.

We provide garden and grounds maintenance across Melbourne, working across retirement villages, commercial properties, owners corporations and aged care properties.

This is a casual position with approximately 15–30+ hours per week, with the chance for additional and more consistent hours as we continue to grow.

The role includes:
Lawn mowing using commercial push and ride-on mowers
Whipper snipping and edging
Hedge trimming and pruning
Weeding and weed control
Blowing and general site clean-up
Green waste removal
General garden and grounds maintenance

What we're looking for:
Current driver's licence – essential




Police check or willingness to apply for one - essential
Manual licence highly regarded
Confident using common gardening equipment
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Valuable attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Comfortable travelling to different job sites across Melbourne
No experience required, all training provided

Pay: $33.00 – $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
