Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for both all-day dining, à la carte services and functions
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet the standards set by the Club
Maintain a clean, organised work area, following all health, hygiene, and safety regulations
Collaborate with senior chefs and the kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations, especially during peak service times
Execute additional requests or tasks assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs as needed
What you bring:
Full unlimited working rights in Australia
Experience as a Chef De Partie or a solid Demi ready to step up




Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Robust communication skills in English
Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
A passion to learn and share your experiences along with a positive team player attitude
Previous experience within a luxury workplace
