The Role:

This is an chance to play a key role in driving the successful delivery of high-quality residential projects. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring construction timelines are achieved efficiently and effectively.
Manage project schedules and timelines for single & double storey homes
Coordinate procurement, materials, and purchasing requirements
Liaise with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Monitor progress and proactively resolve scheduling challenges
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency

About You:




Residential construction scheduling experience (WA experience ideal, Eastern States considered)
Experience across single or double-storey homes
Strong understanding of construction timelines, procurement, and building processes
Excellent communication skills with a proactive and organised approach
Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
