Job Description
Masala Kitchen Westfield Kotara is seeking an experienced Cook to join its kitchen team and deliver authentic Indian cuisine in a busy casual dining venue.
You will be skilled in tandoor work, spice blending and slow-cooked curries, with at least 1 year of commercial cookery experience.
Certificate II or III qualifies you to apply, and you will work in office at Westfield Kotara.
The role requires reliability, ability to work under pressure and strong teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
