Uniting Victoria and Tasmania Morwell seeks a KIS Engagement Officer to coach and develop Additional Assistants, supporting kindergarten teams across Gippsland.
You'll combine on-site visits with remote support to grow capability and practice in inclusive early learning settings.
You will build trusted relationships, model high-quality practice and enable colleagues to deliver secure, engaging learning experiences for all children, with hybrid work from Morwell office.
