Job Description
Crown Equipment is seeking a highly capable Workshop Manager to lead the Sydney Workshop at the Smithfield Branch, reporting to the NSW Service Manager.
You will own workshop performance across Service, Rentals, Refurbishment and Import functions, driving safety, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, while managing a large hands-on team in a unionised setting with EBA considerations.
