Key Duties
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve meals, coffee and other beverages to tables
Clear and reset tables efficiently
Process EFTPOS and POS transactions
Assist with takeaway orders
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas
Restock cutlery, glassware, condiments and service stations
Communicate effectively with kitchen, barista and other FOH staff
Check on customers during their meals and respond promptly to requests
Assist with opening and closing duties
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
Support the team during busy breakfast and lunch services

About You We are looking for someone who:
Has a positive and qualified attitude
Is confident communicating with customers
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Can work efficiently in a busy environment
Is comfortable working as part of a team




Has positive attention to detail
Is available for weekday and weekend shifts
Has previous café or restaurant experience — preferred but not essential
Holds a current RSA — advantageous
