Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking an experienced Social Worker to plan, coordinate and deliver high quality care within Palliative Care and the Motor Neurone Disease Service.
You will work across a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
As part of the role you will supervise, lead quality improvement initiatives, provide education to other health specialists and teach students on clinical placement, while aligning with Calvary and NSW Health policies.
