Assistant Manager – Oliveti

EMBR Hospitality | Full Time | $75,000–$85,000

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead the front-of-house team at Oliveti, one of our flagship venues.

It's a hands-on role, working closely with our Venue Manager on service standards, team development and daily operations. It'll suit someone who loves restaurants, knows their wine and enjoys building a solid team.

The Role
Leading service on the floor and holding the standard
Supporting the Venue Manager with daily operations, openings and closings
Training and mentoring the front-of-house team
Stock control and ordering




Handling guest feedback professionally
Driving wine service and product knowledge across the team

About You
2+ years in a management role
Solid restaurant service background and solid wine knowledge
Calm under pressure, with a hands-on, team-first approach
Current RSA and RP certificates
Available evenings and weekends

What We Offer
$75k–$85k salary, depending on experience
