The Role
Working closely with experienced practitioners, the successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of matters including:
Technology transactions, procurement, sourcing and commercial contracting
Artificial intelligence governance, risk management and emerging technology issues
Privacy, data protection, spam and surveillance law compliance
Cyber preparedness, incident response and regulatory investigations
Defamation and reputation management matters
Online intermediary liability issues
Intellectual property protection, enforcement and infringement disputes
Competition and consumer law matters
Advertising and marketing compliance
Election and regulatory matters
Commercial disputes, litigation and dispute resolution
Building and maintaining robust client relationships
Contributing to business development initiatives and practice growth
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, depending on level of experience
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess experience in one or more of the following areas:
