Job Description
Chemlah Care is recruiting High Intensity Support Workers to assist individuals with mental health and complex care needs in the Goulburn area.
You will provide one-to-one, two-to-one or group-based support and contribute to a safe care workplace.
The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques and adherence to individual support plans.
Travel to participants within surrounding communities, including Yass, may be required.
