Mount Alexander Shire Council is seeking a Part Time HACC-PYP and Aged Care Intake Officer (Fixed Term Oct –May ) in Central Victoria. The role focuses on intake assessments, developing client plans, and fostering solid community links, supporting independent living for older adults and people with a disability.
The ideal candidate will have health or community care experience, and knowledge of HACC-PYP and CHSP. Driver's licence and Working with Children Check are required.
