About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing practice in Bundaberg, Queensland on a casual basis. As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth running of our clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and patient-focused team.

What you'll be doing
Assisting dentists with patient examinations and procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments
Greeting and registering patients, and handling patient enquiries
Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
Performing basic administrative duties to support the dental practice

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role
Robust interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities




Familiarity with dental software and equipment
A caring, patient-centric approach and a desire to provide excellent customer service
