About the role To provide a catering service to 13 front of house meeting rooms (split over 2 floors) at Brookfield's headquarters at Brookfield Place - 10 Carrington Street Sydney. The role provides a service to staff and Brookfield's external clients for events during business hours and after-hours onsite at Brookfield Place including boardroom meetings, formal lunches, onsite staff training events, staff drinks and external events held throughout the year for Brookfield affiliated partners.

Key responsibilities
Deliver a professional workplace catering service to Brookfield clients, management, and staff
Service 13 front of house meeting rooms with tea, coffee, and water
Action catering requests from business representatives
Liaise with third-party suppliers regarding catering orders
Set up rooms with water and transparent prior to the next meeting
Monitor stock levels in the catering kitchen and order recent supplies when needed
Recommend new catering suppliers that meet criteria including value for money, quality of product, and ability to deliver to premises




Send all staff invites for monthly staff birthday morning teas and monthly Friday night drinks
Manage expenses for ordering catering supplies and reconcile expenses on AMEX card monthly for ad-hoc catering purchases
Accommodate ad-hoc after-business hours events onsite including setup spaces, order catering, and waiter service
