Job Description
Bupa is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to join the leadership team overseeing two established Sydney practices. You will report to the Practice Manager and drive nursing excellence, develop capability, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both clinics.

In this role you will lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with GPs and allied health specialists, and foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on quality patient care.
