4Mile Pty Ltd is seeking multiple customer service representatives for its North Strathfield call centre. Shifts run from 6am–9pm weekdays and 7am–9pm on weekends. You will handle basic enquiries, register and update cases, and follow up under the guidance of a Team Leader.

Ideal candidates have a solid customer focus, genuine desire to help the community, and positive communication skills. Computer savvy with experience across multiple software platforms is essential.
