We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Process Technician to join our Processing team and play a key role in supporting safe, reliable and efficient plant performance.

What You'll Be Doing:
Providing hands on leadership and support to the Process Shift Supervisor and Process Technicians
Promoting a strong safety culture and leading by example every day
Identifying opportunities to improve plant performance, safety, recovery and cost efficiency
Assisting with plant commissioning activities, optimisation projects and improvement initiatives
Supporting metallurgical performance and ensuring production targets are achieved
Mentoring and developing team members to build capability across the operation
Ensuring all activities are conducted in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner
Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
About You
We're looking for a driven and authentic leader who naturally puts people first while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accountability and operational results.
You'll be someone who enjoys coaching others, solving problems and creating a positive team environment where everyone can perform at their best.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Minimum 5 years' experience in mineral processing including Gold
Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Senior Process Technician or similar capacity
Strong leadership,



communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
Sound time management and organisational capabilities
Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Pronto experience will be highly regarded
