PARKROYAL Hotels & Resorts Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our Front Office team.
You will help lead the Front Office and Concierge teams, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, loyalty program enrollment, and excellent guest service.
The role reports to the Front Office Manager and requires a positive, energetic attitude, solid communication, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
