Job Description
Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) seeks an Ombudsman within the Banking & Finance team to resolve standard and complex disputes, including small business and transactions issues, and to provide skilled leadership across AFCA.
The role reports to a Senior Ombudsman and will coach adjudicators and case workers while engaging with regulators and AFCA members to drive fair outcomes.
