Job Description
Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead Anglers Tavern, a landmark Melbourne pub by the Maribyrnong River.
You'll own people, performance and guest experience with an established team and robust commercial potential.
You'll drive the venue's revenue across bistro, sports bar, functions and entertainment while maintaining high standards and a collaborative culture.
