Job Description
Wine & Larder in Ashgrove, Brisbane, is seeking a passionate sommelier to develop our wine list and guide guests through pairing wines with dishes.
You will work directly with the owner and chef in a hands-on role, shaping the wine program and educating the team.
Ideal candidates have practical wine-service experience, solid knowledge of Australian and international wines, and are comfortable leading service.
Applicants should be available Wednesday to Saturday and hold RSA in Queensland.
