About the Role
As an Onsite IT Contractor, you'll be the face of our MSP, delivering hands-on technical support at client sites.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Regular onsite client visits
PC, printer, and physical device deployments
Handling onsite service desk requests
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills – you'll be working directly with clients
Robust troubleshooting skills across Windows, networking, and hardware
Must have business IT Support experience
A valid driver's license and a reliable car for travel to client sites
