Our client is a highly regarded not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Group Training Organisation (GTO) specialising in apprenticeships and training across the Electrotechnology and Renewable Energy sectors.
An chance is available for an experienced RTO Administrator / Student Services professional to join their Pinkenba team, supporting the coordination, administration and compliance of apprenticeship and post trade training courses.
The Opportunity
Join the RTO team, where you will provide high-level administration and student services support across apprenticeship, qualification and short course programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating student enrolments, scheduling, rescheduling and completions
Maintaining accurate and current student records across RTO systems
Supporting Certificate III, post-trade and short course administration
Managing student communications, attendance follow-up and training documentation
Processing results, Statements of Attainment and completion documentation
Supporting apprenticeship administration, including commencements, extensions, suspensions and cancellations
Assisting with funding contract administration, compliance and reporting




Maintaining quality and system compliance across RTO programs
Providing responsive support to students, trainers and internal stakeholder

About You
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience working within an RTO or the VET sector who understands the administration and compliance requirements associated with vocational training.
You will ideally bring:
Previous RTO, VET or Student Services administration experience
Sound knowledge of student enrolment, training and completion processes
Understanding of RTO compliance, funding and reporting requirements
Experience using student management systems
Strong coordination and administration skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication and stakeholder service skills
Experience supporting apprenticeships, traineeships, qualifications or short course delivery will be highly regarded.
