Les Bridge Racing in Recent South Wales is seeking an experienced horse trainer/educator. The position is full time – 38 hours per week with duties in training and educating thoroughbreds, both young and older horses, and implementing barrier education.
You will work under the head foreperson, lead a small team of horses and staff, ensure safety protocols, and communicate effectively with staff and owners. Qualifications are experience-driven; salary ranges 80,000 to 85,000 AUD plus super.
