Based in Cockburn Central and reporting to the Directors, this is a key operational role focused on ensuring the systems, processes and data controlling of stock are accurate, disciplined and aligned across warehouse, retail, and partnering business channels.

About the Role
n
We are seeking a high-energy, hands‐on Warehouse Manager to take on the warehouse operations. You will be joining a team with a proven culture of supportivenessand professionalism and will be a key player in the success of ourbusy facility.
n
Business is booming with a high volume of work lined up across the next period so you will be joining in an excitingtime of growth and opportunity.
n
Experience managing safety processes, especially around forklifts and heavy machinery, will be key. You will also collaborate with external suppliers across the Plasterboard Industry in developing best‐practice process.
n
Across your day‐to‐day, your core duties will be:
n
Building robust, quality relationships with customers, suppliers and team members.
n
Coordinate inbound and outbound transport proactively.
n
Safely and efficiently loading and unloading inventory via forklifts and various machinery.
n
Manage inventory levels, movements, storage and handling; ensuring accuracy,



security and compliance.
n
Maintain accurate records within logistics and inventory systems.
n
Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
n
Operational hours are 6.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. Remuneration to be discussed based on relevant experience.

About You
n
This role will suit an experienced warehousing professional wanting to step into leadership or a proven manager looking to join an organisation that can help develop and grow their career. Experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded.

You will also bring:
n
Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
n
A truck licence(Desirable)
n
Strong computer literacy to engage our job management systems. (Essential)
n
Safety training or qualifications (Highly Regarded)
