Keep the fleet moving
We are looking for an experiencedWorkshop Supervisorto lead our workshop team and coordinate the maintenance and repair of our heavy equipment fleet.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll manage daily workflow, support your team, and ensure equipment is repaired safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prioritise and allocate workshop jobs to mechanics, apprentices and contractors.
Coordinate labour, workshop bays, tooling and resources.
Monitor job progress, repair turnaround and machine availability.
Provide daily leadership, coaching and technical support to the workshop team.




Liaise with project and operational teams regarding machine availability and repairs.
Coordinate parts, work orders, labour entries and purchase orders.
Conduct toolbox meetings and maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
Support field service teams and provide recommendations on repair strategies.
Identify and escalation safety, cost, quality and delivery issues.
About You
Experience leading tradespeople in a heavy equipment, transport, construction or similar workshop.
Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, fault finding and safe workshop practices.
Excellent planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
Confident leadership style with the ability to coach and develop a team.
Robust computer, communication and organisational skills.
Commercial awareness across labour, parts and external repairs.
