Lead major maintenance & infrastructure rectification projects

An exciting chance is available for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead a major infrastructure rectification program across
Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia
. You will provide client-side project management across investigation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and project close-out activities.

The successful
Project Manager
will be offered an initial
12-month contract with the view to be extended
, based in
Brisbane, QLD
.
n
n
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
n
n
n
n
Manage complex maintenance and construction projects from planning to completion.
n
n
Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, risks and project controls.
n
n
Lead procurement, tendering,



contract establishment and contractor management.
n
n
Coordinate stakeholders, site activities, assurance, commissioning and handover.
n
n
n
n
The successful Project Manager will have experience in the following:
n
n
n
n
Client-side project and contract management across major infrastructure projects.
n
n
Managing multiple construction, maintenance and/or engineering contracts.
n
n
Government procurement, tendering and contract management processes.
n
n
Stakeholder engagement, risk, safety and environmental management.
n
n
n
n
