Optus is seeking a Technical Specialist, Fixed Voice, to operate and maintain Ribbon Fixed Voice infrastructure across multiple platforms.
You'll deliver Level 2 fault management, incident resolution and complex troubleshooting within ITIL-aligned practices.
Collaboration with NOC, engineering and vendors will drive reliability and tooling evolution.
Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in Fixed Voice, deep knowledge of CS2K/C20/SBC, SIP trunking, and robust analytics with Grafana/Wireshark.
