The Opportunity
n
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of commercial project work, CV Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Leading Hand to join our Asset Services team based in Hendra.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine your technical plumbing expertise with the chance to lead and support a team of plumbers and apprentices across a variety of commercial and critical infrastructure projects.
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Leading and coordinating plumbers and apprentices on site
n
Delivering commercial plumbing projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n
Supervising daily site activities and assisting with project planning
n
Ensuring work is completed within project timeframes
n
Maintaining strong communication with clients, supervisors and team members
n
Providing technical guidance and support to field staff
n
Supporting apprentice development and training
n
Promoting a positive safety culture and quality workmanship
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
n
About You
n
You are an experienced commercial plumber who enjoys leading by example and helping others succeed.
n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
n




Previous experience leading small crews or supervising site activities
n
Construction White Card
n
Current C Class Driver's Licence (manual)
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Strong understanding of plumbing standards and safe work practices
n
Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
n
EWP and Scissor Lift licences highly regarded
n
n
As you will be working within secure and sensitive environments, you must be able to obtain a current police clearance.
