Job Description

Sawyers Dining Pty Ltd in West Pennant Hills, NSW, is seeking a qualified and experienced Cook to join the kitchen team. You will prepare, season and cook a broad range of meat, seafood, pasta and vegetable dishes across a la carte, specials and function menus, while maintaining quality, presentation and food safety.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will organise mise en place, manage multiple orders during busy services and ensure allergen controls are followed.
