Job Description
To effectively lead, motivate, and support the production team to deliver consistent, high-quality manufacturing performance in line with business objectives and strategic goals.
The role involves ensuring that production targets, efficiency, quality, and safety standards are achieved while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
The Assistant Shift Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise processes, manage resources efficiently, and maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities :ERP & Production Reportin
gEnsure all production activities, raw material consumption, and finished goods are accurately recorded in the ERP system Microsoft business central
.Monitor production KPIs (output, OEE, waste, downtime) and provide real-time reporting
.Validate and approve system transactions to ensure data accuracy for inventory and traceability
.Warehouse & Inventory Retur
nsManage and record material returns to warehouse with proper documentation in ER
P.Ensure reconciliation of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods at shift en
d.Work closely withwarehouse/logisticsto maintain inventory accuracy and minimize varianc
esCarry out stock counts on the lines at the start and end of the shif
