Job Description
Join the Smoke Alarms Australia team as a Customer Services Officer for our local customer service team based in Chatswood. You will be responsible for working with our customers to deliver an outstanding service.

Key responsibilities
n

Work as part of the Agency Services team to achieve individual KPI's & customer SLAs as assigned
n
Manage inbound and outbound telephonic and SMS communications efficiently and effectively for tenant enquiries including callbacks for the local team
n
Work in internal systems for inbound helpdesk and other written communication so that all enquiries are actioned within the desired timeframes
n
Create work orders into the database system
n
Investigation and resolution of customer queries
n
Multitask with high attention to detail, ensuring that all outstanding tasks are completed within Smoke Alarms Australia's procedures
n
Build rapport with Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Landlords and Smoke Alarms Australia Technicians
n
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
n
