Appointment Setters Required for car buying centre

We Buy Cars is one of Australia's fastest growing car buying centres. We are a Brisbane based and privately owned company that has been operating in Australia for over 25 years.

We are looking for 'experienced' telesales / sales /cold outreach / appointment setters / Monday to Friday or our Kedron Brisbane office.
n
Full time (38 hours a week) positions available
n
Monday to Friday
n
Immediate start available for the right candidates

What We're Looking For
n
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call handling workplace
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
n
Confident qualifying leads and asking the right questions
n
Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and outcomes
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail in CRM management
n
Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-based role
n
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively
n




Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not essential)
n
Key responsibilities:
n
Manage inbound enquiries (phone, email, web) and create a strong first impression
n
Qualify leads based on property, mobility needs, and budget
n
Book high-quality appointments aligned with Sales Team availability
n
Take ownership of the lead-to-appointment conversion funnel
n
Execute structured follow-up to maximise conversion opportunities
n
Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot) and track all interactions
n
Collaborate with Sales Surveyors to ensure appointment quality
n
Re-engage and nurture older or unconverted leads
n
Meet and exceed conversion and follow-up KPIs
n
Participate in coaching and continuously develop sales skills
n
