Job Description
Brotherhood of St Laurence is seeking an experienced Care Partner for a 12-month maximum-term contract based in Frankston. You will deliver person-centred support within the Support at Home program, coordinating with participants, families and providers to promote protected, independent living aligned to goals.

Salary: $93,******–$100,****** per annum plus 12% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time). This role emphasizes compassionate care, budget prudence, and collaboration with health professionals
