About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Hospitality Services Manager to support our Bolton Clarke Residential Aged Care Homes in delivering exceptional dining, cleaning and laundry services.
n
Working closely with operational leaders and hospitality teams across the region, you will champion outstanding resident experiences while ensuring services meet regulatory requirements, organisational standards and commercial objectives.
n
n
This is a highly collaborative and influential role where you will coach and develop teams, drive continuous improvement and help our Homes deliver sustainable, person-centred hospitality services.
n
n
This role involves travel to multiple sites across Sydney, including some regional areas where overnight stays may be necessary.
n
n
What you will be doing:
n
n
n
Partner with operational leaders and Home teams to deliver exceptional resident dining and hospitality experiences, ensuring a person-centred approach to dining and nutrition.
n
Coach and educate catering, housekeeping and laundry teams to consistently achieve food quality, food safety, cleaning and service standards.
n
Monitor resident and family feedback, identify trends and support Homes to develop and implement continuous improvement plans.
n




Conduct regular audits and work alongside Quality, Risk and Operations teams to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, aged care standards and organisational frameworks.
n
Monitor hospitality budgets across catering, cleaning and laundry, identifying opportunities to improve financial performance and commercial sustainability.
n
Build capability across hospitality teams through training, coaching and change leadership, supporting consistent high performance across customer, compliance and commercial outcomes
n

What we're looking for:
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
n
A Diploma in Business Management or equivalent significant experience, together with a Food Safety Supervisor qualification.
n
Leadership experience within a multi-disciplinary hospitality services environment, with contemporary knowledge of food services, cleaning and laundry.
n
Demonstrated experience leading leaders and managers, implementing organisational change and building capability across geographically dispersed teams.
n
Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy, including experience monitoring budgets and identifying factors impacting financial performance.
n
Sound knowledge of quality, compliance, food safety and regulatory requirements,



ideally within aged care, healthcare or a similarly regulated environment.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels of an organisation.
n
A proactive, adaptable and solution-focused leadership style, with the ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
n
A current Driver's Licence and the flexibility to travel intra or interstate, including overnight stays when required.
n
Ability to obtain a Federal Police Clearance
n
