Job Description
Laurent Bakery in Melbourne's Braeside facility is seeking a Quality Control Officer to ensure food safety and quality across production.
The role entails testing products, developing quality procedures and maintaining HACCP compliance on a full time permanent basis, with the 7AM–3PM schedule.
You will work with production teams across testing, sampling, and compliance, helping to uphold Laurent Bakery's high standards for pastries and ingredients used across Australia.
