We are seeking enthusiastic & reliable Front End Loader Operators for immediate start in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, for a recycling plant.
You will be operating the front-end loader within a warehouse setting.

Monday to Friday 6am -2: 30 pm day shift with overtime potential.
Some flexibility required on start time for the first 2 days for training purpose only.

Duties & Responsibilities
Proficientlyoperate Front End Loader and Excavatorfor efficient loading and unloading activities
Complete pre-start checks on equipment
Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental practices
Face loading / Load & unload trucks and hoppers
Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity goals and project milestones.
Soil sifting to separate rock and foreign matter.
Soil blending.
Assisting with process work as required.
Labouring dutiesincluding some manual handling.
Occasional truck wash duties & general housekeeping




Essential Requirements
Front End Loader / Excavator licensewith aminimum of 2-3 years' recentoperating experience including a sales loader.
Quarry or recycling experienceis highly regarded.
Forklift license is a distinct advantage
Strong commitment tooccupational health and safety,Site specificPPE including full coveralls and breathing apparatus when required.
Physically fitand be able to do manual duties.
Flexible and prepared to work overtimeto support work requirements.
