Job Description
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in Sydney is seeking a commercially minded Solicitor to join Robert Bileckij's Funds M&A; team.
The role deepens expertise in funds-related mergers and acquisitions, private capital transactions and structured investments with real assets, alongside leading practitioners and high-profile clients.
You will advise across the funds life cycle, coordinate due diligence, form fund/club/venture structures, and draft management agreements to support investment platforms.
