Job Description
CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a team of Disability Support Workers in our Manly SIL home.
You will foster a person-centred culture and oversee daily operations, rosters, and resident care.
This permanent, full time onsite role runs Monday to Friday with on-call rotation and occasional site coverage.
NSW drivers license and checks are required; we value flexibility and values-led leadership.
