Kauai is launching a cafe within the Virgin Active Norwest facility, bringing fresh, easy and sustainable options to members.
You will oversee daily cafe operations, ensure food safety compliance, and lead a team to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Reporting to the Store Manager and Area Manager, you will plan rosters, train staff, manage stock, run promotions, and control costs while recruiting frontline crew to maintain service standards.
