Job Description
Mercy Health Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse G3 to join our home care teams in Geelong and surrounding areas. This permanent, part-time role supports clients to live independently at home by delivering complex nursing care, developing and reviewing care plans, and coordinating with the broader nursing team.

Based at our Home Care hubs in Geelong, Northwest, or Southeast, you will provide clinical oversight for complex cases, assist with DVA funding awareness, and help orient recent staff.
