My Cosmetic Clinic is looking for a friendly, organised and switched-on Receptionist to join our Crows Nest team.
n
We're a growing cosmetic practice with 9 clinics across NSW, offering premium surgical and non-surgical treatments. Our reception team is a big part of the patient experience, so we're looking for someone who is confident, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

The role
n
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of reception, including:
n
n
Greeting patients and creating a warm first impression
n
Managing a busy switchboard and appointment book
n
Scheduling appointments and processing payments
n
Handling patient enquiries by phone, email and in person
n
Updating patient records in Cliniko
n
Keeping the clinic organised and running smoothly
n
Assisting with marketing and promotional activities
n
n
There will also be the opportunity to get involved with Canva, social media and simple digital content. You don't need to be an expert, but you should have a good level of computer literacy, be confident learning new programs,



and enjoy the creative side of the business.

What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience in a busy reception, administration or customer-facing role
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
A confident and professional phone manner
n
Strong organisation and the ability to multitask
n
Good computer literacy and confidence using a range of programs and systems
n
Some experience or an interest in Canva, social media or marketing
n
A positive, reliable and can-do attitude
n
n
Experience in a cosmetic clinic and familiarity with Cliniko would be an advantage, but are not essential.
n
