**Roof Plumbing Site Supervisor | Adelaide$110,000 – $130,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle**Unity is seeking an experienced and skilled Roof Plumbing Site Supervisor to join our team in Adelaide.

The RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director/Regional Manager, you will supervise installation contractors and teams to ensure Unity's high standards of workmanship and safety are always met, while delivering every project on time and to specification.

Key Duties1. Develop work-flow timelines and ensure jobs are completed within allocated deadlines2. Coordinate and manage installers, subcontractors, and material deliveries3. Monitor sites daily and enforce correct roof-plumbing installation methods4. Conduct regular inspections and complete detailed Quality Control checklists5. Identify and organise any remedial work required6. Oversee compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards7. Develop and deliver training to installers and contractors to maintain Unity's standards8. Proactively recruit and onboard qualified fixers/installers to build and maintain strong, reliable teams9.
